Leaving the Royal Chelsea Hospital, Diane Perkins, Beth Elliot, Melanie Hilton and I continued our stroll to the Physick Garden. Here's a bit of what we saw along the way -
Both Beth and Melanie (who writes as Louise Allen) were lovely companions and guides during this idyllic walk through Chelsea. I would live in that house in a minute, Beth!!!
Louise/Melanie had us look at a terrace of houses and note where the brickwork had been repaired. This was likely damage done during the Blitz. It brought it home to me what terrible times those must have been for the British!
Oh that blue sky! Proof it does happen in England. Lovely photos, especially of the house we unanimously chose as the one we'd like to live in.
